First Degree Reiki and Reiki 11 Courses

Kelly Chester is organising First Degree Reiki and Reiki 11 courses with Reiki Master Louisa Booth. Reiki is simple and powerful. When Reiki hands are placed on the body, healing energy starts to flow. By the end of this course, you will have Reiki in your hands for the rest of your life.

Louisa is an experienced Reiki Master who has been working with Reiki since 1995. She has served on the Council of The Reiki Association and has undertaken Advanced Reiki Masters training with Wanja Twan, one of the world's most Senior Reiki Masters, whom has herself been teaching Reiki since 1978.  When Louisa teaches, she draws on the wisdom and knowledge of her Masters.

Kelly is an experienced Second Degree Reiki Practitioner and Wellbeing Hub Leader for the Wellbeing Network.

The course will teach you how to use Reiki to treat yourself and other people. Reiki works on many different levels, bringing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits.

During the First Degree course, you will learn

the history of Reiki 

the traditional hand positions 

how to listen to your hands 

how to treat yourself, your family and your friends

have four initiations over the two days
