I have now trained as a Pilates teacher and offer one to one and group sessions.
Pilates is great for giving you a flat tummy and giving you a great posture and strong core.
I am also a gym instructor and use a combination of bands, dynamic stretch, cardio and Circuit training.

I like to do my exercise sessions outside when it is warmer as it is great to be in touch with nature and you get better result than if you are training in a gym as you are with the elements.
My aim is to teach you exercises which you can use in your every day life, using rep bands, skipping ropes, walking and dynamic stretch.
It also keeps you more motivated if you do your exercises with a friend.
